Cantina La Veinte in Brickell marks the first U.S. location for Cinbersol Group, one of Mexico’s largest hospitality companies, with over 30 restaurants and lounges throughout Mexico. Known for its dedication to authentic Mexican cuisine and exceptional guest experiences, Cinbersol’s expansion to Miami was a pivotal moment, introducing their celebrated brand to an international audience.

Barrel Aged Management (BAM) worked closely with Cinbersol to ensure the success of this flagship location, providing critical support in setting up the necessary Miami infrastructure. BAM assisted in finding top-tier culinary and hospitality talent, selecting a marketing and PR firm that understood the brand’s essence, and guiding operational strategies to align with Cinbersol’s high standards. Every detail was meticulously managed to ensure the Miami outpost reflected the quality and sophistication associated with Cantina La Veinte.

The result is a luxurious two-story space overlooking Brickell Bay, featuring a striking black onyx bar and a vibrant atmosphere that complements its menu of handmade tortillas, ceviches, and signature dishes. Cantina La Veinte quickly became a standout destination, blending Mexican culinary traditions with Miami’s dynamic dining scene.

This project highlights BAM’s ability to guide global brands through successful expansions, leveraging strategic insight and operational expertise to create iconic destinations. Cantina La Veinte’s Miami debut not only elevates the local dining landscape but also establishes a strong foundation for Cinbersol’s presence in the U.S. market.
