The Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC), founded in 2016, has captivated audiences with its immersive, Instagram-worthy installations celebrating the joy of ice cream. With locations in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, and Austin, MOIC has become a cultural phenomenon, attracting thousands of visitors daily and achieving a valuation of $200 million.

To enhance guest experience and diversify revenue streams, MOIC enlisted Barrel Aged Management (BAM) to develop comprehensive food and beverage offerings within its existing locations. Recognizing the opportunity to transition from purely experiential exhibits to a more holistic visitor engagement, BAM introduced elements such as artisanal ice cream parlors and unique bars featuring signature blends. These additions not only met the demands of over 4,000 guests per day but also provided new avenues for revenue generation.

BAM's strategic approach included designing and implementing ice cream parlors that offer a variety of flavors, including vegan and dairy-free options, catering to diverse dietary preferences. Additionally, BAM curated beverage menus featuring creative cocktails like the Candied French 75, a sophisticated twist on the classic French 75, enhancing the overall guest experience.

By integrating these culinary components, BAM successfully transformed MOIC from a visual spectacle into a multi-sensory destination. This evolution not only enriched the visitor experience but also solidified MOIC's position as a leader in the experiential entertainment industry, demonstrating the power of combining imaginative environments with thoughtfully curated food and beverage offerings.
